Was ich grundsätzlich am künstlerischen arbeiten hasse, ist diese ständige Entwicklung.
Jedes Kunstprojekt ist wie eine Schwangerschaft – ich weiß das, weil ich ein paar mal schwanger war, und weil ich ein paar Projekte entwickelt und umgesetzt habe. Beides sind hochkreative Prozesse, wobei das schwanger sein mit einem Kind eher körperlich anstrengt und geistig verblödet und in der Kunst ist das umgekehrt (zumindest in meinem Fall).
Natürlich kanns auch ganz anders gehen, zuviel denken ist eh nicht gesund. Gerade bin ich schwanger zu Joseph Beuys. Der Aff ist im Wasser, das Team ist im Boot – und ich Kapitänin, die, die wissen sollte, wo die Reise hingeht. Jaeh. Das mit dem Ziel ist ja so eine Sache: Denkst du FLUXUS, gehts um den Weg, das WIE ist viel wichtiger als das WAS. Denkst du PESSI_MISTISCH, geht es darum, die Kunst als Lebensmittel so gschmackig zu machen, dass niemand sie gleich wieder ausspuckt. Und zuerst ums kosten, eh klar. Und dann sind da noch die anderen….
Eigentlich ist zu Beuys schon alles gesagt. Nur noch nicht von allen. Warum er uns wichtig ist? Weils endlich Zeit ist, dem in die Welt zu helfen, wovon er sein halbes Leben geträumt hat – der Revolution.
Aja, der Hut…..ich glaub, der Hut war ein Helm, er war Don Quichote. Oder er wollte nur seine beginnende Glatze verdecken. Egal.
.
